The National Library of Medicine is pleased to announce the availability of an updated Convergent Medical Terminology (CMT) SNOMED CT subset on Cardiology.
This updated problem list subset includes concepts that Kaiser Permanente uses within the Cardiology problem list. There are 1,426 SNOMED CT concepts in the file and includes mappings to ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM. SNOMED CT concepts are based on the January 2016 International Release.
The problem list subset is available for download by UMLS licensees from the UMLS Terminology Services (UTS).
