The RxNorm February monthly release became available for download on Monday, February 3, 2020, and includes several dose form changes. Two new dose forms are now available in RxNorm: Chewable Extended Release Oral Tablet and Sublingual Film. Also, the dose form Oral Strip has changed to Oral Film. RxNorm names with the Oral Strip dose form have been changed to Oral Film.
