RxNorm November 2019 Release. NLM Tech Bull. 2019 Nov-Dec;(431):b1.
The RxNorm November monthly release became available for download on Monday, November 4, 2019. The November release includes the dose form "Vaginal System," which replaces "Vaginal Ring," to better align with the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) preferred dose forms. The RxNorm Concept Unique Identifier (RXCUI) for fully specified product names are unchanged despite the dose form name change. Here are example concepts with the Vaginal System dose form in the November release:
