RxNorm Data Changes

This release includes updated COVID-19 vaccines. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved and authorized for emergency use updated COVID-19 vaccines formulated to better protect against currently circulating variants: https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-and-authorizes-updated-mrna-covid-19-vaccines-better-protect-against-currently.
