MLA’23 Annual Meeting – In-person: May 16 – 19, 2023, Detroit, MI
Virtual Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) Day at MLA – May 11, 2023
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) theme for this year's Medical Library Association (MLA) Annual Meeting is Building on our Vision and Roadmap for the 3rd Century.
MLA is collaborating with the Special Libraries Association (SLA) for this year’s annual meeting, “MLA | SLA '23: Looking Back, Forging Ahead,” and expanding their session offerings to include topics that transcend medical librarianship, like leadership and management.
This year marks MLA’s 125th anniversary. While they will celebrate a century-and-a-quarter, they are also preparing for the future. MLA’s Vision 2048 Task Force, specifically, has been formed to identify themes of what future practice in libraries will look like.
Check out the NLM @ Conferences page for more information.
