Find a structure
Let's use biomolecular structures to enhance your team's project. Think about your work and identify structures or structural motifs that could be important to understand. You are encouraged to consult with your team. Search for these structures on NCBI Structure DataBase or RCSB Protein Data Bank. Make note of the MMDB or PDB code to load into iCn3D. 

Load and visualize in iCn3d
Using the information presented, render your structure(s) in iCn3D. Think critically about what information you are trying to learn or communicate with the visualization. If you select something accidentally Select > Clear Selection. If you need to undo View > Undo. Get additional help by 1) Show Help > Help Docs, 2) Help > Selection Hints, or 3) ask us.
