The LocatorPlus Catalog provides access to NLM bibliographic data for over 1.4 million journals, books, audiovisuals, computer software, electronic resources, and other materials. LocatorPlus Catalog contains information on NLM’s holdings, circulation status, and access to the records in MARC format. NLM’s new catalog is retaining the LocatorPlus name although the underlying technology has changed and is now powered by Ex Libris’ Primo VE.

Please note that the new LocatorPlus Catalog does not contain all of the previous functions of the old catalog. Searching the authority files is no longer available, but all MeSH subjects are available via the MeSH Browser. The Library of Congress Name Authority file contains 99% of the personal and corporate names and uniform titles used by NLM, so NLM access points can be found in OCLC’s authority file or via the Library of Congress Authorities or Library of Congress Names service.
